JCB is probably the world’s best-known manufacturer of tools and equipment for excavation, construction, agriculture, and demolition jobs. With 22 factories across the world and products sold in over 150 countries, it is a truly global company and the name JCB is so synonymous with mechanical diggers and excavators it is used colloquially to describe them. JCB makes over 300 different types of machines that are used in the mining and excavation industry including diesel engines, diggers, excavators, and tractors. 

JCB’s X Series excavators are massive machines that can be produced with either a mono-boom or a triple-articulated boom. 

Their industrial and agricultural wheeled loaders range from compact 6-tonne hydrostatic machines to massive 25-tonne quarrying machines that are equipped with 4- and 6-cylinder diesel engines.

However, it is in the production of tractors that JCB has shown its innovation, design, and execution prowess. JCB tractors feature proper suspension and as such, can travel at high speed on the roads to move from job to job. JCB produces its hard-working Fastrac range and also has a line of compact-sized tractors that can be used in agriculture, horticulture, and other light duties in the fields. 

Repair and servicing of agricultural equipment requires a great deal of skill and experience as they are complex pieces of machinery.
